Risk Assessment
Safety Resources Australia can facilitate qualitative (gut feel) Risk Assessments for your organisation from a simple process, plant or system change, right through to a major project. These Risk Assessments comply with AS/NZS 4360.
We can use either our Risk Assessment results table or yours, including the Risk Assessment Matrix that includes the definitions of consequences and likelihood.
At the completion of the facilitation we will prepare a report of the findings that will include the Risk Assessment results table, the required residual actions, persons responsible for them and the required date for completion.
Follow Up Audits
One of the important factors of conducting a Risk Assessment is to ensure that the identified residual controls are implemented. We can undertake follow up audits at timely intervals to monitor the implementation of the residual controls or the determination of alternatives if they have proved to be impractical to implement.
